Default Media Manager Restrictions on File Numbers

I am building an mp3 download site and have run into a problem. So far I have 20 Albums set up as 20 Products. Each Album has a set of preview tracks for customers to play. These 25 second mp3 preview tracks are all located in individual directories within the "media" directory and all work just fine.

Today I added another 5 Albums/Products (there are many more to add) .

When I "Assign Media Collection to Product" on the 21st product the media clips failed to show in the media collection for that particular product even though the product was in the same "product-music" category.

I went on to try to "Assign Media Collection to Product" for the next four products but the media manager Assign Media box shows a another one of the recently added and previously assigned 4 Products.

Is there a restriction on the number of assigned files?

Hi Dr Bryte, It's a similar type of problem however let me try to explain.

I now have 25 products (25 Albums) set up within a single category (Music Genre) which is restricted to the "Product - Music" product type.

Each product (Album) has its own set of music preview files (30 second long mp3 audio files, one for each album track) assigned using the media manager. The first 20 products mp3 audio files were successfully assigned to their respective products (albums) however when I tried to assign the next 5 sets of music preview files to their respective products (albums) the media manager mixes up the assigned product names. Also some of the latest 5 sets of preview files don't show in their respective product pages.

I hope this explanation is a bit clearer.

    Thanks

I am running 1.3.7 from a clean install via ftp. I have resolved this problem by looking at past threads in the forum and setting the Configuration>Maximum Settings>Search Results Per Page to 300.

However I now have a stylesheet layout problem in the media manager. Each mp3 track runs into the next one without a return to put it onto the next line. I only get one mp3 track per line if the song title is more than 50% as wide as the media manager box.
