The White Line

I have a problem. At the top of my ZEn Cart top, inbetween the categories tab menu and the EZ Pages Header Bar is a white line which I only see in IE. I am sure this is some kind of a bug and I bet you have heard of it, know what to call it and know how to make it go away. Would you please tell me these things? Thanks.

Alas, I tried all of the below fixes and they didn't do the trick. I even tried ones from the below entries and their links but didn't find what the answer was. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.
