Always Free Shipping products need to have the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Module installed for when they are the only products in the cart ...
When they are in the cart with other products ... there are functions used with the various shipping modules to manage Item count or Total amount or Weight that adjust these values for the Always Free Shipping Products ...

NOTE: to install the Free Shipping freeshipper module ... go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Free Shipping freeshipper and click on INSTALL ...

There isn't a download link, since it's part of core Zen Cart. Please look again at Ajeh's 2nd post.

ok, got it...
But, when I am trying to add a product by giving all necessary fields and selecting "Yes, Always free shipping" radio button
and submiting the form, I am geting the following warning..
"Warning: This product is marked - Free Shipping, Shipping Address Required
Free Shipping Module is required when all products in the order are Always Free Shipping Products"
could you please explain me what I have to do for removing/overcoming that warning?
NOTE: FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper > is installed in my admin panel

It is just that ... a warning ... it is alerting you that:
1 you are giving Free Shipping
