Thank you both for your postings. DrByte - thank you for explaining what triggers the note...it wasn't the issue, but it allowed me to look at it in a different perspective, which then helped me figure it out.

What I landed up doing was creating a new order using a dummy checkout. Then I went and dumped each orders table and compared the order I was having difficulty with to the "new" order that I had just placed (and was working properly.)

What I found was pretty amazing - I'm not even sure how as much information was showing as it was...

I completely MISSED the orders_products_attributes table - that was a HUGE DOH!!!

But then I also had the wrong orders_products_id values in the orders_products_download table.

Once I fixed both of those, it worked perfectly. As I had thought I had the Attributes settings properly set up - it just didn't know what the heck to do!

So in a nut shell, I was able to break apart orders from a pieced together phpBB version of a shopping cart and import them into ZenCart with all functions performing perfectly. Not so bad for my first try!!

Thank you both, again, for your efforts - it's because of people like you that ZenCart and other open source "scripts" make the internet a FUN and sometimes PROSPEROUS place to be!
