Text size different in IE

My drop down menu of choices (attributes) in IE is a small, small text compared to Firefox. How can I make it the correct size?

Also, how can I add text above the category name but under the nav bar

this area is where I want to add text

and one more, how can I add space under category Americana and the picture under it?

It's TEE TINY in my Firefox as well.

Change this:

.biggerText {
font-size: 0.5em;
}

to this:

.biggerText {
font-size: 1em;
}


As for the text you want to add, I don't have an easy answer for that one.

To make a space above the product image, you can do something like this:

#productMainImage {padding-top:.6em;}
