    Default backup mysql

    I've just installed this mod:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...products_id=81
    to backup mysql database.
But the strange thing is I can see only the "restore" button, and I can't see the backup button so I can't backup database.
    I've installed too this mod:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=881
to backup entire site, but when click on backup button it don't change anything and backup don't start.
    How can I solve?

    Default Re: backup mysql

In the Backup-MySQL addon, the "backup" button will not appear if your server's /admin/backups folder is not writable, or if your server's PHP configuration has the exec() function disabled.
You'll have to ask your hosting company for help with that.

I don't know about the other addon you mention. Perhaps the issues are the same.
