I have moved a site from a business webhotel to a private webhotel

I have moved a site from
Site: www.tech-shop.dk/quiltefant/
Admin: www.tech-shop.dk/quiltefant/a_sec_adm/
The site is still active

to

Site: www.quiltefant.dk/index2.php (during test phase - index.php will go to the old one)
Admin: www.quiltefant.dk/a_sec_adm/

The new webhotel hosting www.quiltefant.dk is Servage.net

I know have these problems:
1: I cant see the site in Internet Explorer 7 (only the first time, and never more), but I can see it in Firefox and Safari

2: When I am trying to log in to the admin, I cant do that. It goes to the same page (without showing a fail as if I write the wrong username/password), and it empty the fields (which meen it dont actually log me in)

In both hotels safe mode and registrer globals are set to off

Here is the way I have moved the site:
1: Downloaded all files and uploaded at Servage
2: Removed everything in bmz_cache
3: CHMOD the required folders 777
4: Exported the database, and imported it to servage
5: Corrected the cache directory in configuration table
6: Edited a_sec_adm/includes/configure.php to the correct information at Servage
7: Edited includes/configure.php to the correct information at Servage
