i get this error when i go to edit the meta tags of itemsand cats!!

found a solution here http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...ine+849&page=2 but i not tried it yet as there are 2 solutions there and no one has said with is the correct solution.

Please advice.

PS this was a fresh download 2 days ago so i think this needs fixing in the downloads section.

DrByte is da man when it comes to Zen Cart. I look at two things,

1. Dr Byte suggest a fix
2. redpaint suggested a slight modification and DrByte did not make any other comments, suggesting that he agreed.

I would go with the last entry.

FYI: I have a fresh 1.3.8a install and have not seen this issue with FCKeditor

There's a newer version available on our website.

Version 2.6

There's also a maintenance release planned for next week.

I tried updating the 2.5 version to the current 2.6.3, but am getting forbidden error messages when clicking on the browse button for seeing the files on the server.

I have ensured the files have been updated and the correct location links (myfiles) etc. but cannot find out why I am getting this problem.

I can navigate to the editors/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/browser.html file OK with the page loading (albeit with XML source error).

I am looking to upgrade, as like previous posts, when clicking on this button in v2.5 it just comes up with the homepage of my website, rather than the link above including the connector querystring.

Have just installed the newest version FCKeditor 2.6 (as per testuser's previous post suggestion) and I now get this error:


Error loading "/zenstore/editors/fckeditor/fckstyles.xml" (HTTP Status: 200).

Do you want to see the server response dump?

I have no previous installs of FCKeditor.




what does this error mean & how do I fix it?

FCKeditor 2.6.3 is available.... does anyone know if this version works with zen-cart 1.3.8a?

I have been using 2.4.3 on many sites for a long time and it works just fine. I hate to update to 2.6.3 unless I know it works. It has a spell checker.

I have just installed FCKeditor 2.5 on ZC 1.3.8

I can edit and format product descriptions which show OK in the zencart products description and preview, but when updated I just get basic text on my website. All I can do is add or delete text?

I had some errors initially and tried different versions up to 2.6.4 Maybe I have not uninstalled all the files I need to from previous versions?

I also have quick updates 2-04 and dual pricing add ons.

Please help.

Is it just me, I cannot find a way to delete an image from with FCK?
With out going thorigh the backend(FTP).

Any help would be great?
