Normally when a customer checks out using PayPal the transaction type "expresscheckout" is recorded against their order.

I recently had a transaction type "cart" recorded against an order - not sure what caused this.

I am in Canada and taxes are added to the total of the order. No taxes were charged for transaction type "cart".

Any idea what would cause this?
