10726 Invalid Data - There's an error with

Downloaded Zen Cart today and installed, currently running OSC on my other sites.

Trying to set up to sell a virtual product (ebook) when completing transaction get the following error (Using Zen Cart 1.3.8a) with website payments pro

Have payment module settings:

Virtual product (Yes, skip shipping)
Always Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping

I get the following error with the above settings:

10726 Invalid Data - There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a complete shipping address.

If I change the settings to collect shipping address the transaction will go thru, but the product is not availble to customer for download even though the IPN returns a code 2.

It appears to be a catch 22 to me.

No idea why this is happening..

I think it has to do with the payment module.. depending if the customer uses paypal or offline, credit card with paypal or bank account, and if the item is "free" or not, transactions have a mind of their own...

(Didn't I just accidently buy my own item and send the money to an email I cant collect from???)

I dont know if you fixed your problem or not but I have.

Unfortunately I forget how but here is what I do know. Hopefully it'll help.

1) Paypal Payment pro is a service from paypal that costs a per month fee.
I believe you can use payment pro a couple times before they request the membership.

2) If you search the forums, there is another thread talking about the 10726 error. I think thats where I found my information.

3) If you search google for "zen cart how to create a downloadable product" or something of-there-in, there is a guide/thread with some good information on the difference between the 3 catagories of products.

Download, physical, virutal. All require different settings.
