Font size on buttons?

I need to change the font size on the buttons, especially in the cart. For some reason, the "Add to Cart" button won't resize to fit the font, so I want to resize the font, but only in the buttons. Changing it in the "FORM" heading changes everything which makes the text too small.

Can someone help me?

Unless you're using a custom set-up or css buttons, the "font" is embedded in the button - it's part of the image.
