Did you uninstall and reinstall the modules after the upgrade?

Trying to connect to the test server, I get:

Yet the userid in the module is correct.
I would sugest checking the "USPS Web Tools User ID"
remember to uninstall and re-install the mods in your zc admin

I've contacted them to switch me over to the production server, we'll see if that helps.
Also, the module only has a spot for my login, not my password. Where does my password get entered?
Older use of USPS needed a password ... this is no longer used and was removed in Zen Cart to not use the password any longer ...

I'm having the same problem. It's been working for well over a year and suddenly this started. I have installed the NOV USPS patch and uninstalled/reinstalled the module. Still not working.
