Attribute Order displays randomly

I created a new product item today.

I created several attributes: 1. Color, 2. File Upload, 3. Text memo

I added the color attribute first and added all of the colors. The order is set to 0 for all colors.
I added the File attribute second and set the order to 10.
I added the Memo field and set the order to 999.

According to the orders set it should display 1,2,3

After I tried it in a couple of different browsers I got varied results.
IE6 on another computer usually gets 1,3,2 - once it did 3,2,1
Firefox on that computer did the same.
Firefox on Linux gets 1,3,2 - 2,1,3
Don't have IE7 so I am not sure if it will display different there.

I really want this to display 1,2,3 every time it loads on every browser.

All Attributes have a Sort Order for the Option Name as well as the Option Value to keep everything neat and tidy ...

I prefer to set my Option Values by default with Sort Orders of 10, 20, 30 etc. and then apply it to my Attributes when I am done adding them ...

You can quickly clean up the default Sort Order of the Option Names in the Option Name Sorter and the Option Values in the Option Value Sorter ...

Once the defaults are set, you can update your whole shop in the Tools ... Store Manager ... or per Product/Category in the Attributes Controller ...
