Fatal error when adding products

Hi,

we keep getting this error when adding products and most of time also when updating old products:

"Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/home/myserver/12345/html/admin/product.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0"

It is talking about line "0", so I can't know what is refers to.
This is destroying the business when we can't update the info and we do not have product info correct.
I've been searching forum without results for few weeks now and asked our ISP to look into the matter as well but there has been no solution.

I would appreciate to get some solution for the matter. Solution is not upgrading before this matter has been fixed.

First perform a file backup of the store files and preserve....

Then from your version distribution on your local try re-uploading admin/product.php file.

If this does not correct - FTP all /admin files from your unaltered local unzipped distribution....

Did you move this since it was functional?

No, I haven't but the server has updated something on the server and they needed to take backups and transfer back info from that. So, you think it could be corrupted file issue then?

I'll test...

I do not know what they might have done but this would be a good place to start
