Login & Logout doesnt process.

I don’t know if I’m posting in the right thread, sorry if I’m not. I searched for my problem but I didn’t get any answers. Sorry again if its repeated issue.

I have installed my shopping cart and everything was ok, I installed some additional mods, but I’m not sure where I went wrong. Now my clients cannot log in, it doesn’t give any error but a blank page. Same problem for log out, nor can people make new account, same problem. When the page is refreshed I get an error, I guess there is somewhere small fix, and please somebody help me. Admin login no problem, everything is fine there.

Hi Dr. Bryte,
I'm using the latest version of zen cart, as I was replying to Hippy's thread and i found out whenever I make some changes in english.php i encounter this issue. I have installed one more zen cart to check the issue step by step.
Now whenever i change anything inside this file for example change category, side box title i encounter this issue. Please help me as i need to do this modification. Meanwhile I will read the tutorial you suggested.

I tried all the options, but whenever I try to edit anything in includes/languages/english.php and save the file to its location or into my template folder I get blank page while trying to login as client or while log out. Even the banner links doesnt work, it opens in a new window but blank window.

The modification I installed are
googlemapinator_contrib, livehelp_sidebox, News Box SB, Pay Pal Verfied, cc_accept_v1_2, Editable_Sidebox_1.0, Improved Whos Online V1.0,
Other files edited untill now are Tag Line, Index page message, banner box names, page title.

Well Doctor, I dont know anything about php, i'm a designer so I follow the instruction available on hand.

1. What editor are you using to edit the language file?
2. What program are you using to "save the file to its location"?

I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 to edit the files, at times I even use MS Frontpage. I use FileZilla to upload my files. The original Zen Cart was installed using bluehost control panel.

I guess you have been quite busy, Well just incase you can drop me few lines to sort my problem out. I just need to edit my english.php file and change some sidebox and change category to recipies

Either you're using a bad editor that's corrupting your files, or you're doing something in your changes that's generating PHP syntax errors, such as using quotation marks or other special symbols, or deleting things that shouldn't be deleted, etc.

Can you post an example of the type of changes you're trying to make which are resulting in problems?

Use only a plain text editor and upload your edited files using an FTP client.

Well I used a text editor and edited the necessary things and uploaded the file to my store directory. i.e public_html/mystore//includes/languages/
I didnt delete the original file, i just renamed it to org_english.php and it still resides in that directory. {this is the usual way i do, once everything is fine i delete the org file. I'm attched both the files, if you can check where i went wrong. I will be really greatful if you help me.
the changes i made are copyright name but the link is zen cart, and category to recipes. Where is the issue now.
now my store http://elunch.thankyou##########.com cannot login, log out nor create new user. even banner links doesnt open everything seems to be blank. for test the user id altafhussein###################### pass 123456789,
