SQL file for all zones?

Has anyone gott an sql file to put define all countries to go in a zone, I need to do this and then delete the ones that I dont want to be in there. I will install it in the install sql patches bit.

Otherwise I will have to sit here and define all the zones ouside of the eu which will take ages.

AJEH did have one around but i cant find the post again!
