Is there any way I can disable the option for delivery to a different address than the cardholder's address. I need to remove this option (and I guess I need to update the welcome email too).

Hi - thanks for your suggestion.
I tried this and true, it does not allow a choice of delivery address but there are still certain areas that don't work right - such as at the end of the checkout process it still gives a button to click to EDIT delivery address.
Any other ideas gratefully received.
