I need help fixing HTML validation errors

I need some help and would really appreciate any that I can get. I am trying to fix all the errors that I'm getting from the validate HTML tool on Firefox.I've been able to fix some, as the original amount of errors was around 90,but now I am having difficulty finding where the error is. I am really new to this and am learning on the fly. So if any one out there can point me in the right direction, I would be greatly thankful.
