Removing "All Products" from sidebox

I have searched the forum without success on how to remove "All Products" from the categories sidebox or have it listed under the other products.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok...found it Admin>config>layout setting - categories box.

Now how can I get rid of the horizontal rule in that box?

Categories Separator between links Status
Show Category Separator between Category Names and Links?
0= off
1= on
