How do I change whom to write the check/money order to?

Hi, im having trouble with the buisness im working for's zen cart site. How do you change the information in the order conformation:

It currently shows this:

Cheque/Money Order

Please make your cheque or money order payable to:

the Store Owner/Website Name

I want to change it too the following:
Please make your cheque or money order payable to:
Mick Durham

ADMIN >>> MODULES >>> PAYMENT >>> CHECK/MONEYORDER

Then click <EDIT> button (right hand side)

Scroll down to:

Make Payable to:
Who should payments be made payable to?

Enter appropriate name.
