Hi!

I need to setup shipping so that shipping to Melbourne (Australia) is free - Postacodes 3000 through 3200, and shipping elsewhere within Australia is $7.00.

I know I can set Zones based down to State Level, but is there a way to make it so deliveries to Postcodes 3000-3200 always show as free shipping?
