I'm getting a ton of "Couldn't resolve host 'api-3t.paypal.com'" errors over the past week. 7 today I believe. I'm getting a ton of emails from people saying they can't order. However, I know it sometimes works as I'm still getting orders. Anyone else having this problem? I've submitted a help request with PayPal Merchant and will let you know what I find out.
