I have had my paypal working for some time now, with no trouble and suddenly it is getting this error.
We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (Shipping Address Country Empty)
Everything goes fine steps 1-3 then when it transfers to paypal you verify the order and you return to step 1 with this message.
Luckily, a customer reported this problem to me and I was able to duplicate it.
All of my settings seem to be correct, and other addresses also get the same error.
