Actually it turns out that I figured out how to solve my problem.
I was able to set the prices for a specific album and all the items inside of it through the product price manager. I used the "Copy to" button to accomplish this.

Where is the "copy to" button on the Products Price Manager? I can't see it!

It's in the "attributes Controller" section, not the "Products Price Manager" section.
