Scenario

The web shop sells x amount of products over 12 catagories.

The items in 2 of the catagories are of light weight but are bulky. (Weigh 6-7KGS/13-15lb but a volume weight of 14kg/31lb).

Is there away to add via product or catagory a flat surcharge of say $10.

Reason is that many shippers are cubing items and these catch us out.
