Attributes and Inventory

Single classes are $45 and full classses are $120 with a $10 one-time fee. Currently I can't set the inventory for each one and I only get the buttons instead of a dropdown. Under Catalog/Option Name Manager, I see "dropdown" for all 3 classes but buttons show up in the cart.

You're creating the attributes incorrectly. You have three option names each with one value; you need one option name with three values:
(option name) OC 01

(option values)
Spring I (Single) set attribute price $45, no prefix
Spring I (Full) set attribute price $120.00, no prefix, and otc $10.00
Spring II (Full) set attribute price $120.00, no prefix, and otc $10.00

Set your product to "priced by attributes" in the product entry page.

For inventory tracking, you may be able to use Kuroi's Stock by Attributes mod from Downloads.

Argh, thanks for the refresher. I remember using a mod in my old store but I wasn't sure. :)
