The image is located in a folder on my harddrive that has a subfolder called "Outdoor Living". This folder also exists inside the images folder on the server, so I can select it when I'm ready to upload an image.
Even if the image is already FTPd to that location, I still get the "no picture" error when updating the actual item.
How can I fix this? I have about 3000 items to go through and i'm trying to organize the site and possibly see if I can get some speed improvement.

Some further "testing" shows that if I have the images already in the "outdoor living" directory on the server and then select the option to specify the image in the corresponding box, it DOES show the image as being there.
