Given that my "problem" is a characteristic of HTML tables, do you think it would be a good idea to ask if a FAQ was made to address this HTML table characteristic so others will not waste time and effort trying to "fix" this non-existing "problem"?

a: I don't have the authority to place an FAQ, and
b: I only know tidbits about HTML tables and can't speak confidently at length about them.

Gjh42, I PMed DrByte and asked about doing an FAQ on this issue. I guess it is up to him now. All I know is that I really appreciate your learned advice on this subject.
