What ssl cert?

Am in process of setting up zencart on dedicated server, need advice on what ssl cert to go for (which company and which certificate)?

Also what is the best version of linux to run on the server?

You are asking for 2 impossible answers:
1. ssl cert: depends on your need, your budget etc
2. linux: whichever one you like, does not make much a different

Thanks for the reponse, I just need a run of the mill dedicated ssl cert, is the Thawte 123 cert any good?

Thawte is good enough, Verisign is good but too expensive. For me, Im using QuickSSL from geotrust at 50/year.

Just thought you might want to know IE7 flags a security warning on your Cert, you might want to check it out - will be putting a lot of traffic off entering the site.

Which site are you talking about? If you are talking about the link in my sig, I have NO cert installed there. ^^
It's a place where I put FREE mods for ZC, if ppl are turned off by the warning msg, fine, I dont give a d*** care.

I looked at Geotrust, it's over a couple hundred dollars for the first year, that's the cheapest I could find on there.

Is there another place that is recommended?
