Flash movie in new sidebox

I want to put instructional videos in a side box using Flash. I don't imagine this being too difficult to figure out a way to do this, but I want to know if the experts have tips/suggestions and pointers on how bout doing this.

Try using the blank sidebox module and entering the html for the flash in it - size the movie to fit
