Header EZ Pages Not Working

I created two new EZ Pages - one called Artists and another called Manufacturer links. I set the sort order to each one to 10 and 20 respectively and clicked the green button to have them appear in the header only. So far none have showed up.

I checked all of my settings according to the very easy to read instructions but I can't figure out what's causing the problem and why it's not showing up. I've posted for help som any times before I feel like a pain in the ######## now!

My site is located at http://www.floydupgrades.com in case someone wants to look at the code on the pages but I'm lost without it. I'm even willing to pay someone a fee to help me get this straightened out if possible.

Do you have EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar set to 1?

Ha ha, thanks! I bought it online - it had a big guitar at the top but we took it off...

I checked the settings you specified, and it was set to 1. Would you be willing to help me ifor a ittle $$$. I'm lost and I can't figure out where I went wrong... I can send $$ via PayPal if you are interested...
