Can I allow a certain item to add no extra shipping when it is added to a cart with a pre-defined category of products.

e.g.

I want to buy a luggage deck for my car. I see in the description that if I purchase a set of roof bars at the same time, I pay postage on just the roof bars and not the luggage deck.

Any advice welcome.
