Image display problem

When I use the 'preview' tool in Admin to check my product images everything looks fine. On the shop itself, viewed in IE, the images are the right width but only about 2 pixels high.
I've checked through the details in the image preparation thread and everything is set up as required: The width is fixed at 400 (same as the images) and the height set to 0.

Have you checked the values for height in Admin > Configuration > Images? In particular that you haven't used any text to confuse it.

Thanks, I have rechecked all the admin details and found that if I put in absolute values for both the height and width, instead of leaving one at 0, the images appear.

So problem solved!

Sorry, I missed that bit at the end of your original post. Yes, if you set your image height or width to something very small, even zero, Zen Cart will do its best to oblige. Glad you're on track now.
