Help with shipping -- I just want really simple shipping

Hi
I just want really simple shipping and I've set up 3 zones - UK, Europe and Rest of the World.

However, when testing this out on a test purchase there are 3 different shipping methods showing up as well eg; flat rate, out of store etc.

How do I get rid of these shipping methods?

Turn them off. Admin> Modules> Shipping

Can't seem to do this.

When I go into admin/modules/shipping there is just one entry saying

Flat rate and a green button. When I press the arrow for action nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

Look in the directory on your server:
/includes/modules/shipping

and make sure you only have the original files from Zen Cart in there and no extra copies or backups etc.

If you have added additional shipping, temporarily back them up to your computer then remove them from the server ...

Does this then let you see the full list of Shipping Methods?

I've checked and everything seems to be there.

I am new to all this and have just taught myself from scratch. I set all my 3 zones up on my store on my pc using xampp and everything was ok.

Last week I got the site hosted properly and onto the web. I have only just noticed that when I go into the shipping module the zones are no longer there.

What can I do about this?

I just want my 3 zones uk, europe, rest of world and no other shipping methods.
