I am looking for the same answer. Hopefully someone responds with help.

In researching this subject I did find the following example:

Do we need to create a file called "google_notify.aspx" in our googlecheckout folder? and what should the file look like?

Do you have a SSL certificate enabled?

If so, look at the part in your configure.php file that says something like DEFINE HTTPS_SERVER. What follows that is most likely the beginning of what you need for your callback url. Follow that with googlecheckout/responsehandler.php. (Add the / before googlecheckout, if needed) This should be your full callback url.

If not, you will not be able to use the GCO module in production, but you can test in the sandbox by using the url for the HTTP_SERVER as your base.

See the answer above. I believe you may be a bit off-track with the aspx file. This file extension is generally associated with an ASP.NET environment, of which the gco module is not a part.
