Hi, I am trying to set up a 'contact us' page that allows customers to upload pictures and sends via email.

I do not want to set this up as a product as my site is a showcase style site that allows customers to view listings in their cart as a portfolio rather than products to purchase.

Please could anyone help me to find a way of creating this type of form which would look like the contact us form, but only shows the upload section when they are logged in.

I must point out that i know how to sort out the bit where the upload section will appear when logged in. I cannot figure out how to get the upload bit to email me the pictures that are needed. I would like customers to be able to upload three pictures in one hit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
