Some changes to order status are notified to customers, others aren't. That one wasn't hence the cross instead of the tick.

First off thanks for the quick reply. Next that is what I was thinking but, what exactly is sent to the customer in the first green check mark? And when he pays with paypal should'nt he get a response too.
