    Default USPS-New problem w/module

    I recently upgraded to the latest version of Zen Cart and added Super Orders 2.0. I noticed today that when any customer attempts to check out with using USPS they now see this:

    "We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
    If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
    (Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"

    I confirmed the module is still unchanged and configured properly. I have not the slightest clue how an upgrade from 1.37 to 1.38 would have caused this or if that's just coincidental.

    Suggestions welcome.

    Turn on debug mode in the module settings, and post the email you get after attempting a shipping quote.

    Did you uninstall and reinstall the modules after the upgrade?
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Trying to connect to the test server, I get:


    <Error>
    <Number>80040b1a</Number>
    <Description>Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.</Description>
    <Source>UspsCom:oAuth</Source>
    </Error>

    Yet the userid in the module is correct.

    I would sugest checking the "USPS Web Tools User ID"

    Remember if a new account to ensure that you have called to get the account activated on the production server with your USPS Web Tools User ID ...

    And make sure you are on Production server as the test server is moofy ...

    You want to use the Production server for real quotes.
    The test server option is probably going to be removed at some point since it serves no purpose for a live webshop.
