Max_Questions? Will not let me go into Admin

Suddenly I got this message this morning as I was working:

1226 User 'diginirv' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)
in:
[select value from zen_sessions where sesskey = 'acfd2e5a0299c7dfd3cb638e5444918d' and expiry > '1202133442']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

This showed up in the admin login area and now this message comes up and I can't get in!!!! Help! Not sure what to do!

I am constantly having this problem and this is the first post I've found on the topic. How did you solve your problem, or do you know what it means?

In the end, when on a hosting contract, you get the amount of queries you pay for.

You have exceeded the number of queries for the user assigned to the DB for what ever the period of time the host has set. usually an hour.

to quote the good Dr.

(a common approach used by lower-quality hosting companies so they can load up more accounts on one server and line their pockets with the hosting fees, rather than tuning their servers more efficiently)
