Retail-Wholesale-% Discount

I've looked on many, many pages in several different forums expecting to find an answer for this and unless my patience ran out before it was discovered I never found it. I'm sure it's there somewhere.

I've seen where others have the retail, the wholesale prices and the percent discount/savings for each product. Where and how is this done? Just point me in the direction and I'll work it out from there.
