bug EZ-Pages Display Status=0 for Header and Footer is buggy (for me)

Not sure what is going on here.

When I set EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar = 0 (or OFF), the entire FOOTER does not appear on the index page. It only appears on drilled-down pages.

When I set EZ-Pages Display Status - FooterBar = 0 (or OFF), the footer is turned off entirely THROUGHOUT the site.

That's not how this is supposed to work, is it? If not, I am not even sure how to proceed debugging this annoyance. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

    The URL?

It's a development site behind a firewall. What would you be looking for if it was an open site?

1 thing to check: the sort order should start from 1 in this case.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

    A month later...

Turns out I had a resumed upload FTP failure when I ran across an odd file named something like .ftpadfe3246adFE12RGsdf234f34sdgf.

Even though the code looked alright when viewed online, a removal of the .ftp... file along with an overwrite of the same file fixed my problem. Another brilliant oversight on my part.

Doubt the above will be the same case for someone else unfortunate enough to stumble across this post but maybe this tip will help "you" out elsewhere.
