Style Differences between IE and Firefox

Okay, just when I was well on my way to having my brand new Zen Cart configured the way I wanted it, I hit a snag. I was playing around with the Admin, trying to remove the New Products module from the center page, when all of a sudden my formatting and coloring disappears. I'm not sure what I did to break everything, but I've spent hours now trying to fix it back and it's not working.

So here's my problem: I was able to change the greeting text and configure to the colors I wanted. Now IE displays it somewhat correctly (only the "presented by" text is black and it should be in the same blue/grey color as "Welcome to", this is the original color of the text when you first install) but if you look at in Firefox, the color formatting isn't there, it's pulling from the stylesheet h1 properties and it's dark blue instead of blue/grey .

In IE, the product listings are all wrong, they are much bigger than they should be and they are black. If you look at them in Firefox, they show how I want them to be.

I'm completely stumped. As far as I can recall, I wasn't playing around with the stylesheet when everything broke. I don't understand why part shows up correctly on one browser and not the other for one element and then it's reversed for another element.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or help that anyone may have.

Somehow IE has magically resolved its problem. I'm not sure what's happening, but it seems okay. If anyone checks, they can let me know if they see any problems with it.

I still have the problem with the color formatting not showing up in Firefox, so if anyone can help with that, I'd greatly appreciate it!
