Google Checkout orders not updateable? Socket error: 110

Im using ZC 1.3.7 with GC 1.4.1b1 hosted on GoDaddy virtual hosting. My GC orders are created in the admin just fine. GC contacts my server to request the shipping rates and all that works fine. However, I cannot update any of the orders from inside the admin. I get no error, just a long delay until timeout. But if I log into the GC website and ship/cancel orders in there it immediately updates them in ZC admin also. So it seems GC can communicate fine with my host, but my host cannot contact GC, except to send it the shipping costs. In my responsehandler log I get this error every time I try to update an order:

socket error: 110

I suspect it may be an issue with GoDaddy but I dont know what to ask them.

I have searched everywhere for help and cannot find any posts related to this. TIA for any help provided.

P.S. I also have the Google Base feed mod and it works 100% except it will not upload feeds. MS Live feeder and the sitemap mod also cannot "send" anything to other servers. Could these problems all be related? I am new to all this webhosting stuff. PLEASE HELP!

I am also having this issue. Can someone please help. This is the error that happens when trying to update:

It is surprising I get a response from Google on the shipping update (don't worry this is fake test information) but the shipping info does not post to Google:

I believe you may want to upgrade your GCO module to 1.4.6 (I think that's the one for 1.3.7.) A lot of issues were resolved with the last few versions.
