Round off Shipping Weight

Hi,
This probably out there somewhere and probably very easy to do but .... Is there a way to round the shipping weight to the nearest whole pound so that it more nearly matches what UPS will charge.

This is since UPS rounds packages to the nearest whole pound when it calculates costs. Since most of my products have varying weights and ship in multiple quantities I would like to have it adjust the weights.

The system should round up by default.
If your item weights 1.01 lb and you do not charge any packaging extra weight fee.
The system will calculate 2.00lbs If not something is wrong.
However for USPS (if you are in the US) that depend on the Service.

Gee your trying to get it to round it off and I am trying to get it to NOT round it off.
