Where is your site? A link to it??

What version are you using now?

It should function as is but upgrading is always a good idea

In addition to what Kobra asked, did your hosting company make any changes recently?

You can use phpmyadmin to check if that specific table is there. It can be dropped for some reason (some module that you recently installed, database corrupted, hacked, etc....)
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

Read the full page on any click ...

It looks like the attributes table got lost somewhere ...

Or, there is an error in the call to the table name ...

hi thanks everyone for your help. you guys are actually way over my head. I've never had to use mysql or phpmyadmin or any other software to manage our ecommerce site, so even if I had phpmyadmin and it told me something was missing, I still probably wouldn't know what to do. In fact, I don't know html, so I haven't even been able to just upgrade to 1.3.8.

I'm really worried because we're potentially losing a lot of money and I feel like my employer expected me to be able to fix these kinds of problems on my own, and now I'm concerned I may lose my job because I'm so dangerously unqualified.

Does anybody know how I might be able to get some help with this? Is it possible that upgrading to 1.3.8 would solve everything? If so, do I need additional software to upgrade? (I tried to follow the instructions to install the quick way using the prompts in the browser window but I have been unable to view the index.php in the fileset) Thanks!

bbansava, what is your current position in the company? I suppose it's not IT expert or something (since you dont even know html). If so, it would be better to explain the situation to your employer.

Well, you can learn it, not something very complicated. You can also get some help from the Commercial help forum, it's not free of course.

Contact your Hoster and see if they can provide you with a recent backup. Also make sure to backup everything you have now. Support at your Hoster should be able to help you do a Full site backup if you are not familiar with doing it yourself.
