I've got a Gift Certificate on my web site and when I click to checkout, I get this message?

Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.


Can someone tell me what I'm doing or doing wrong?

Check your shipping modules and see if you have Zones setup that exclude your address on the checkout_shipping page ...

Thanks Ajeh but,
It didn't work.
My other products work fine for checkout.
It's just this darn Gift Certificat one.

Any other suggestions?

If all that is in your cart is a Gift Certificate then you do not have the Gift Certificate setup right as a Product ...

Gift Certificates or Vouchers as some may call them must be marked as:

1 Product is Virtual YES

2 Model number must start with GIFT and can have anything else after it

this will make a purchase of a Gift Certificate actually Skip the checkout_shipping page ...

If it is purchased with other Products, then normal rules apply and you will go to the checkout_shipping ... unless, of course, the other Products also are non-shipping Products ...
