Help! I can't figure this out

I tried installing a new template and then removed it but some of the formating stayed. I can't configure the side boxes and columns useing the config/layout setings.

Also the left boxes are way down on the left side.

Whenevere you switch Templates, using Tools > Templates, it's a good idea to also use Tools > Layout Boxes Controller - click the "reset" button at page bottom.

This will reset/realign your Sideboxes.
