404 error on product descriptions

Can you look at that products_id 8 in your database table products ... and see what the products_type value is?

Then look and see what you have in the table product_types

You should have at least 5 Product Types ...

What is the matching type_id for this?

You've made my day, the type ID was 1 but the handler was null so when I added product into that field everything went back to normal. Thank you soooo much I was dreading the thought of starting again.

Do you have any idea how that value was lost?

No matter, my backup regime will be re-enforced after this one.

That is rather curious that it would be lost as getting lost is not something that value does ...
