Hi,
My Client is having problems with receiving emails from his store.
He has an account set up in his name for testing etc... Whenever he sends out an email he never receives it! - I have an account on his sotre and I always receive them.
We have checked his spam filter and they are not going in there.... any ideas?

Seems this is the same thing that is happening to me.
I am ON my own customer list and have not gotten any emails.
Is there a place they can be checked as 'sent' in the Zen admin?
Please help....
