Ad Customer - Mod. not working?

I posted this in another forum but much suited here.

I installed the "ad customer" in 1.3.7

Files went in ok and I can click the "add customer" but...

when I click on the add customer inside admin area, I get a blank html screen.

web page can not be found, 404 error.

Any hints?

Others have installed this with out issue. Go figure for me.

I suspect that you will have checked that the add_customers.php file is in the right place (the admin folder), but have you also checked that the add_customers_filenames.php is in the correct place (admin/includes/extra_data_datafiles) and is not corrupted.

It seems to work.
